The Ritz has been home to thousands of discerning guests since 1906.
In 2002, The Ritz was awarded a Royal Warrant by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales for Banquet and Catering Services, becoming the only hotel in the world to receive such an honour.
The Ritz London has six stunning private dining rooms, five of which are located in the William Kent House, the stunning Grade II listed building adjoined to the hotel. The exquisite collections of lavishly decorated event rooms retain their original Italian Renaissance style décor.
William Kent House provides a varied selection of venue space for elegant dining, bespoke meetings, weddings and gala occasions, offering the perfect setting for all types of private and corporate events.
Event rooms at The Ritz can hold up to 120 to 250 for a reception, feature high ceilings with plenty of natural daylight, equipped with state of the art audio-visual equipment, high speed Wi-Fi, television aerials and ISDN telephone lines. Three of the event rooms enjoy views over the picturesque Royal Green Park.
The William Kent Room is the most opulent of all the private dining rooms with seating for up to 24 for lunch or dinner. This room features tall bay windows overlooking the garden and The Royal Green Park and is dominated by a unique breathtaking grand Italian Renaissance style coved ceiling, the most stunning original architectural feature in the house.
Located outside the stunning eighteenth century William Kent House is an elegant private garden offering beautiful surroundings to relax and enjoy summer in the city. This outdoor space forms a tranquil ambience for a summer event and is the perfect backdrop for afternoon tea parties or pre-dinner drinks receptions. The luscious plants create an intimate and romantic setting, ideal for wedding photography. This garden has the capacity for 100 guests.
Executive Chef John Williams MBE, presents menus to suit every occasion. Drawing inspiration from classic and traditional dishes of the last century and developing light and fresh ‘Palace style cooking’. The menus are composed with the ‘Best of British’ seasonal produce.
